Often we lie awake caught in an endless loop of thoughts causing us to feel anxious, frustrated and stressed,

disappointed by the things we can't control, wondering why things couldn't  be different.

We find ourselves resisting and objecting to the experiences in our life and worried about what is yet to come

We  have been conditioned to believe the stories and beliefs we have about our self as if they were true,

including the emotional labels, angry judgements and storied interpretations we have about others and the world.

We don't know how to manage our thoughts or see beyond our judgements and interpretations.

So we fall victim to our own deep seated negative thinking and limited beliefs....

fixated on a past we cannot change and a future we cannot predict!

We have not yet learned to rest in presence and interact from the true open clarity of our mind,

we have not yet experienced the difference between the content of our mind and the clarity of our mind within which the content arises,

where we are able to view life circumstances from peace and equilibrium.
